An AI assistant for your Google Ad Grants account

Join 730+ accounts and unlock the full potential of Google Ad Grants

Google gives nonprofits USD 10,000 a month for ads. The average account uses a few per cent of it. PING checks whether the account meets every programme rule and suggests the changes that make that budget start working.

Assistant — better results

Every change prepared for you to approve in one click.

  • New campaignswe add Performance Max, dynamic groups (DSA) and new search campaigns, and where we see potential in your audience we write the website content for them. PMax alone means USD 721 more spend a month on average
  • New keywords with real demandevery 100 keywords brings on average +40 clicks and +650 impressions a month
  • Queries from organic resultswe add the keywords your site already ranks for: 89% of them are missing from the ad account, and they enter auctions eight times more often than an average keyword
  • Keywords: broadening narrowed match typesbroad match delivers 5.9% of keywords with impressions, phrase 0.7%, exact 0.1%
  • Keywords: adding the queries that work71.5% of impressions come from queries absent from any keyword list, and 83.4% of them are on topic. They are the only keywords that proved they enter auctions before anyone added them
  • Account structure and local groupswe split oversized groups, switch off the ones that never served, and set up local groups where the organisation works locally — the campaign type that serves most reliably
  • Editing page content and titleswe rewrite titles and H1 headings — the keyword in the title raises the chance of serving from 22% to 37% — and write content, starting with pages just outside the organic top ten
  • Spreading keywords across pageswe bring the number of keywords per page down to 10–25, so that ad groups stop pointing at one and the same tab. The number of pages decides the spend: the median rises from zero at one or two pages to USD 4,103 at forty and more

Frequently asked questions

Does Google really not warn you before suspending an account?
Not in a way you can rely on. Google does not send a list of problems or a “you have 30 days to fix this” notice — the account simply stops serving ads or gets suspended, and the reason has to be worked out afterwards. That is why PING checks the programme rules on your side: so the problem surfaces with you before it surfaces with Google.
What is the difference between PING and PING + Assistant?
The checks are identical — the same 29 rules on both plans. The difference is frequency and who does the work: PING audits weekly and tells you what to change. PING + Assistant audits daily, fixes policy violations itself and proactively proposes new keywords, campaigns and website content.
Does Assistant change settings in our account on its own?
Yes — that is exactly what the plan pays for. The scope is closed, though: Assistant pauses what breaks the programme rules (single-word and duplicate keywords, low quality-score keywords, disapproved ads, ads with a broken landing page) and adjusts four campaign settings: budget, bidding strategy, locations and language. It never deletes campaigns and touches nothing outside the Ad Grants account. New keywords, campaigns and website content are proposals — you approve those in one click. Every change is logged with a plain-language reason.
Can we tailor what Assistant does?
Yes. Every function has its own switch — turn them on and off as you like, so Assistant does exactly as much as you allow and not a step more. By default, proactive changes (new keywords, campaigns, website content) wait for your approval — one click each. If after a few weeks you would rather stop clicking, you can let them go into the account automatically.
How do we connect the account — do you need our password?
No. You click the Google sign-in button and pick the ad account. The application is Google-verified. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings — we never see or store your password.
Another agency manages our account — will PING work?
Yes, and it is one of the more common cases. PING connects independently of whoever runs the campaigns and takes nobody’s access away — on the PING plan it is purely an observer and reports the state of the account to you. Treat it as an independent check on what you are paying for. With Assistant it is worth telling the agency that some fixes will start landing automatically.
What exactly happens during the 7-day trial?
You get the full plan — audits at your plan’s frequency and, on the Assistant plan, fixes in the account. You enter a card when ordering, but the first charge happens after 7 days; cancelling earlier costs nothing.
We do not have a grant yet — where do we start?
With our Google Ad Grants page — we will help you get one. PING makes sense once the account is running.
